The laws nowhere define what commercial law entails. In theory, it is referred to as the entirety of all private and public legal norms that regulate the relationships between those involved in economic life and in relation to the state.

• Drafting and reviewing various contracts, especially in an international context (English/German)

• Company foundations including certification as a public notary 

• Review and creation of general terms and conditions

• Review and creation of shareholder agreements (English/German)

• Signature certifications

The costs for public certifications are CHF 200 to 500, for certifications CHF 50 to 100. Consultations in connection with public certifications and certifications and the preparation of the corresponding documents are charged according to the time spent.
