Commercial criminal law is a complex matter. Your defense attorney should not only be familiar with the rules of criminal procedure, but must also have an understanding of highly complex financial transactions. He has to understand balance sheets and income statements and often he has to be able to speak English and have discussions with lawyers from other jurisdictions on an equal footing.

As a former legal counsel at a private bank in Zurich and with a Master's degree (LL.M.) from the National University of Singapore in Corporate & Financial Services Law and admission as a solicitor in England & Wales, I bring the necessary experience in international finance.
